RecoveryPark’s mission is to create jobs for people with barriers to employment.
Traditional workforce development programs for challenged workers generally focus on short-term support (about three months), and are coordinated by non-profits and social service agencies, not employers.
RecoveryPark’s Associate Support Platform (ASP) coordinates three years of supportive services for Associates. ASP coaches work closely with Associates to ensure they have access to comprehensive healthcare, adequate housing, transportation, rehabilitation support, family reunification, educational opportunities, and other wraparound services. By removing employment obstacles and mentoring Associates, we aim for Associates to be more successful, as individuals, at building a career, and giving back to their communities.
